As part of its efforts to link its academic programs with the institutions of the community and its specialized associations, the PNU Community College Dean, Dr. Nourah bint Abdul Rahman Al-Qaddeb, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), represented by Nawaf bin Attaf Al-Sahaf, CEO, Bader Incubators of Technology. The MoU was signed on Sunday, 11/7/1437 AH (18 April 2016). The “Bader” program supports and encourages initiatives, innovation, and commercial entrepreneurships in KSA through the establishment of business incubators that support projects relevant to technology and entrepreneurship. The program also seeks to disseminate the culture of private business and supports emerging projects by providing them with consultations for development.
The MoU aims to achieve maximum levels of cooperation in supporting and encouraging students’ projects, by providing guidance with regards to the submitted projects and exploring possibilities of embracing the nominated projects that lie within the scope of the “Bader” program, comply with the incubation terms and conditions, and disseminate the culture of entrepreneurship and private businesses.
