The center aims to

Achieve  sustainability to support education research and learning using financial and human resources efficiently and effectively.

Develop the services provided and assess the current situation in teaching and learning at the university and ensure the quality of the delivery of those services.

3- Develop knowledge resources such as (electronic communication - knowledge databases) in order to serve teaching and learning.

4. Supervise the teaching and learning research provided by faculty members of the university, as well as the research chairs related to the center.

5.Support innovation and creativity in university education by raising awareness

 material‪, logistical support‪, and creating a supportive environment for innovation

6. Identify performance indicators that achieve the Centre's objectives and serve the educational process of the faculty at the University.

7. Provide continuous scientific and practical support to faculty members of the University and promote effective communication with them in order to serve

teaching and learning.

8. Provide advisory services to faculty internally and  also outside the University.

9. Hold partnerships with local and international expert houses, consulting offices and scientific centers to conduct research and studies.

Provide in-kind and technical educational resources and coordinates their maintenance and scheduling.

11. Provide training programs for the development of faculty members at the university and beyond.​
