Program Components:
- First Stage:- 8 training courses that talk about:
Active Learning
Inverted Learning
Learning to solve problems
Critical Thinking Skills
Collaborative Learning
Creative Thinking Skills
Evaluation of the educational process
Fellowship Application Procedure
- Second Stage:- Two follow-up and support workshops.
- The third Stage:- The instructor observes the teaching performance during the lecture (twice) and determines the date according to the trainees' courses.
Program outputs:
Trainees' ability to choose a teaching and learning strategy that achieves the teaching objectives and adapts to the needs and skills of female students.
Trainees' ability to know how successful strategies are applied in the teaching process with a continuous evaluation plan.
The trainees adopt the application of future skills for their students because of their knowledge of their importance and practical impact on the student's professional future.
Introducing trainees to how to measure learning outcomes.
Preparing trainees to obtain a fellowship in teaching and learning from the British Academy for Higher Education.
