Supervise the implementation of the regulations and decisions that organize the university's employees' conditions, follow-up and on the changes in their personal and functional conditions, and update them to take the necessary measures.

Supervise the planning of the university's needs of human resources.

Participate in preparing the university's annual budget project in term of human resources in coordination with concerned academic and administrative units.

Supervise the identification of training needed of administrative members in the university.

Follow-up operations and activities of the training process in the university, to ensure meeting the essential training and developing needs to improve the administrative members in the university.   

Supervise the application of the Government Resources Planning (GRP), as well as follow-up and develop the information's updating in coordinating with different administration.

Prepare the annual plan of the administration and implement it after approving.

Supervise the attraction and employment processes' management in the university.

Coordinate and assist academic and administrative units in all employees' affairs, and update them with information and data about their conditions.

Develop the necessary programs to combine employees in the university's current and future projects, work on promoting their association and affiliation, and translate the university's work values into positive behaviors that support the visions and missions of the university.

Coordinate with government departments and entities that are specialized in human resources conditions in the university, and fund its development programs.

Improve knowledge-management's resources and programs to turn the university into an educated organization that helps support its organizational culture and deepen its values and future orientation.

Supervise the providing of necessary technical consultations for all organization units in departments about issues of human resources, as well as provide them with their data and information.  

Supervise the university's internal communication processes.
