The
student is allowed to apologize for a course, provided that the number of hours
registered for her after the apology is not less than the minimum academic
burden, and does not affect the student’s obtaining the honors degree if the
conditions for granting her are fulfilled according to the rules of the
university’s academic and test
regulations.
Apology controls for a course:
- -The number of registered hours after the apology should not be less than the minimum academic load.
- -It is not allowed to making Excuse for a course at the first or second level of all colleges - except:
- A. Community College and Languages It is not permitted to making Excuse for a course at the first level.
- B. College of Business and Administration It is not permitted making Excuse for a course from the first level to the fourth level.
When
submitting an application for a making Excuse for a course coinciding with another course, the
two curricula will be automatically Excused.
The student is allowed at the stage:
- A. For the Bachelor: to make an Excuse for (5) courses during the period of her studies, provided that they do not exceed two courses per semester.
- B. For the diploma: To make an Excuse for (3) courses during the period of her studies, provided that it does not exceed one course per semester.
- - A make an Excuse for a course is not allowed for students of the Arabic Language Institute.
- - The student expected to graduate is allowed to make an Excuse for a course with the following controls:
- A. The number of hours registered for her after the apology is not less than (12) hours.
- B. If the number of hours registered for her after the apology is less than (12) hours, the application is submitted to the permanent committee to study the cases of the students in the Deanship of Admission and Registration.
