Vision:
To prepare and enable distinguished executive leaderships across the nation.

Message:
To enable qualified leaderships that inspire future challenges, forecast its requirements and seek to meet them through an effective strategic vision and values to be traced throughout its entire march.

Program Objectives:
1. Develop a great number of participating leaders to prepare a qualified team to be later enabled to assume higher leading positions.
2. Provide a full content to develop occupational experiences including accurate economic processes, strategies, marketing and operations.
3. Establish, develop and support critical leading competitions throughout the program so that this includes leadership fundamentals and leaders' core instruments.
4. Make a change in the ability to show leading capacities that are necessary for organizations leadership in the near future and through the integrated learning curriculum that includes experiment of classrooms, simulation and learning projects through work.
5. Develop a small group of individuals who take part in general values, frameworks and business language that ensures a sustainable base for the leadership and business development in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Develop the ability to lead and manage others to achieve the current occupational results.

Brief on INSEAD College for Business Administration:
INSEAD College is one of the most prominent educational institutions in the field of business administration globally. It provides a group of graduate studies programs, in particular Doctorate program in administration and Master in business administration beside Master of Executive Business Administration that attracts over 1000 participants every year. In addition to executive learning programs that are intended for developing the skills of managers and chief executive officers with a number of 9500 participants annually.
INSEAD is marked, compared to its world counterparts, by cultural diversity among its academic team, students and participants’ environment. As it includes teaching staff of 145 professors from 36 nationalities to provide a global platform that allows convergence and exchange of information and experiences among different civilizations. INSEAD has its headquarters in France, Singapore and Abu Dhabi the capital of United Arab Emirates in addition to its offices existing in United States of America.
INSEAD has succeeded to enhance its global position through concluding alliance and cooperation agreements with a number of the most prominent educational institutions in the world along the lines of the prestigious American Wharton School and School of Economics and Management in Tsinghua University, which is one of the most prominent colleges of business Administration in China.
Since its launch in 1957, INSEAD College has the precedence in creating and applying the concept of international administrative education, it still focuses on creation and innovation in all its programs in addition to its leading experiment in the field of executive and administrative research. Despite the swift development that the world has witnessed, the basic values adopted by INSEAD upon its launch are still firm until now, since it depended on enhancing the sense of initiative and leadership to promote its educational programs and standards so that it became among the most prominent colleges of business administration globally.
