Deanship Roles:
• Develop the five-year and annual plan of the Deanship and follow up their implementation after approval.
• Develop a strategic plan for training that includes progressive plans.
• Develop long-term and short-term plans for the Deanship's activities, oversee them and follow up their implementation after approval.
• Continuous communication with the various university departments to identify training needs and to supply the Deanship of Development and Skills Development with the required training needs.
• Develop the annual training plan based on the needs of the various departments at the university, and study and prepare the budget for internal and external training.
• Spread a general culture that requires improving, encouraging and seeking to enhance the work environment and seek perfection in public performance through programs of change.
• Communicate with internal and external training entities to complete the procedures for nominating university employees for training programs that meet their training needs.
• Continuous coordination with the university’s vice-rectorate for educational affairs to verify the availability of programmatic accreditation standards for training materials.
• Follow-up on the training results, measure its impact on university employees and ensure that the training has fulfilled the specific training needs.
• Develop a systematic mechanism for selecting the entities, institutions, and universities that the university will rely on as partnerships in achieving the university's vision in relation to development.
• Address situations that show shortcomings of performance in the Deanship, through studying and identifying the appropriate intervention.
• Perform any other functions assigned to it in its field of competence.
• Work to identify and record leadership members in a special database.
• Strive to develop leaders and provide training for them through appropriate training programs.
• Monitor the quality of work by applying a mechanism for performance indicators.
