Event Management Unit

Tasks:

o   Supervise the organizational plans of events, communicate with the relevant authorities, and provide support to them.

o   Planning and manage the university's activities, preparing a vision for them, and setting a timetable for the implementation stages.

o   Inventory and schedule all university events held inside and outside the university.

o   Coordination, organization and supervision of the university's external participations.

o   Supervising the hospitality banquets held by the university on its major occasions.

o   Follow up the organization of official visits.

o   Develop an emergency plan and deal with crises during events.

o   Establishing and updating the database of invitees for university events and distributing invitations.

o   Establishing and updating the database of external parties related to the university.

o   Participate in communication programs held within the university.
