Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University is responsible for spreading the culture of transitioning into digital education and keeping up with the national plans of the Saudi Vision 2030, the Tenth Development Plan, and the National Plan for Communication and Information Technology. The Community College in PNU is eager to qualify and prepare students for the labor market. Therefore, the Professional Certification Testing Center was established at the Community College in April of 2019. This Center, in partnership with a number of bodies including Technology Pioneers Company, CertiPort, the exclusive agent for Microsoft certificates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the National Company for Training and Education Technologies, provide a number of professional exams and certificates required in the labor market. Some examples of the certificates: Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), and Certificate in IT Skills (CIT). The Center also offers a number of examination preparation courses as well as mock tests using the Ge Matrix program. This ensures that students are ready and able to pass the certification exam.​
