​​​​​      H.E. the Minister of Education has issued the Decree No. 685, dated 16/06/1439 AH, approving the establishment of English Language Institute in Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, which contributes to achieving the strategic objectives of the University through enhancing learning outcomes and upgrade the English language learning process to the level of outstanding international universities.  The Institute was established in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which focuses on providing students with knowledge and required skills for future jobs, with enhancing the English language skills of students as an integral part of the skills system in the 21st century. Therefore, we pray to Allah to benefit our homeland from establishing English Language Institute in this iconic educational edifice of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.​​
