​​​​The English Language Institute is marked by its goal, which is to be the first destination for English language education. Its goal indicates the awareness, development and contribution to develop students, and build a society rich of acquired knowledge.

ENI's Vice Rectorate for Educational Affairs aims at achieving PNU's vision and mission, which is marked by promoting the role of women in the labor market and developing the society through providing outstanding and pioneer educational programs for English language education. To that extent, all the available resources were harnessed and the best practices and international standards were applied in the administrative and academic fields in English Language's education programs for all the target audience at PNU with the efforts exerted by the Teaching and Administrative Staff in the institute. It also aims at Appling the strategic plan to achieve the economic and social development alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, which is in line with PNU's noble goal.  ​
