It helps undergraduates to understand the differences between the system of public schools and university system as they navigate their academic journey. The purpose of Academic advising is to help students to understand the academic requirements of a major or program. It also aims to explain the requirements for success and graduation based on study plans prepared by colleges, deanships, and universities under academic terms approved by specialized accreditation bodies.
