The establishment of the center

His Excellency the Rector of the University's Decree to establish the Research Center of the College of Languages was issued on Monday 11/4/1438 AH, 9/1/2017.

Vision of the Center:

Achieving excellence in upgrading the system of scientific research and studies in the field of translation, literature and linguistics according to the highest international standards.

Mission of the Center:

Developing and promoting the system of scientific research and applied studies in the college specializations and upgrading its local and global level through the effective pursuit to encourage and motivate faculty members and apply performance and outputs quality standards according to a clear strategic vision consistent with the strategic plan of the University.

The Center's Objectives and the Services Provided:

Supporting scientific research and applied studies to keep pace with the recent developments in scientific disciplines.

Encouraging and motivating faculty members to conduct scientific research and specialized studies in the field of translation, literature and applied linguistics according to modern scientific theories.

Encouraging and supporting research teams' projects by building bridges of communication between researchers in the college and the supporting agencies inside and outside the university.

Supporting scientific research and applied studies based on community partnerships, in a way that contributes positively to the field of community service.

Encouraging and supporting students' research through graduation projects and motivating them for creativity and scientific and research excellence.

Providing scientific and professional advice to scientific centers and bodies related to the college specializations.
