​​​Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, represented by the College of Business and Administration, in cooperation with the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, conducted a training course at the Intercontinental Hotel in Riyadh.

The course aims to introduce college students to the multiple jobs that hotels perform, and to define the role of the Saudi Commission for Tourism, which seeks to stimulate tourism and provide job opportunities needed by the tourism sector, especially for women. Under supervision of Prof. Pakinaz Baraka, Professor at the Business Administration Department and coordinator of the Tourism Management pathway and college events.

This training course comes as providing vital opportunities for students, raising their capabilities, and building bridges of cooperation between the university and the leading entities in this field.

In view of this, the students expressed their great benefit from this course and their desire to participate in more courses to qualify them for the labor market in the field of tourism and events.

It is worth noting that the nomination of students to attend this course was based on personal interviews with them and under the supervision of a specialized committee from the Department of Business Administration in order to the fullest extent represent the college, and the course concluded with the distribution of certificates of appreciation to the students.

It is noteworthy that the College of Business and Administration has been keen since its establishment on the advancement of the educational process and providing students with high-level professional skills that contribute to the progress of society and its development.
