​About the department:

 One of the departments of the Faculty of Nursing at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University.

The role of the department is to provide graduate's with basic and applied skills in Nursing management and education, to be the core of nursing leadership that simulates its counterparts locally and internationally through the department's advanced courses and specialized scientific research in the field of nursing education and management.

Due to the importance of this department in supporting the health care system in the Kingdom, it seeks to train the graduates in making important decisions related to the conduct of the nursing process by creating a suitable educational environment for students to meet the national and international quality standards in order to raise the level of graduates to suit the needs of the future labor market in high efficiency. 

This department teaches the specialization of nursing management and education for a bachelor's degree, and includes a number of theoretical and practical courses focusing on the self-development and professional development of students, through multi-goal educational methods, and the ability to work efficiently in the health team to keep pace with the rapid development in line with the Kingdom's vision 2030, while maintaining cultural, social and religious framework.
