College of Physics student win the first-place award in the International conference and exhibition for science

PNU is delighted to share the news that the Physics department student Maysoun Alghamdi won the first place for poster at The International Conference & Exhibition for Science (ICES2023) held by King Saud University. The graduation project poster “Spectral analysis of Gamma-ray burst GRBs samples detected via Fermi GBM telescope" with the participation of the students Lujin Alroqui and Maha Alarjani was under the supervision of Dr Iman Moneer the assistant professor in the Department of Physics. Dr Iman is a Leicester university graduate, United Kingdom and her research focuses on the high energy astronomy Gamma Ray burst.
