Department of Administration and Finance Units

​​​1. Human Resources Unit:

Following up the employees' affairs such as salaries, leave … etc. in cooperation and coordination with the Human Resources Department at the University.

2. Finance Unit:

Providing all financial services to various academic departments and Institute's staff.

3. Administrative Communication Unit:

Organizing receiving and routing all incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from the Institute as well as transfer and distribute correspondence within it.

3. Supplies Unit:

Insurance and regulation of the disbursement of the Institute's requirements of office supplies, furniture, daily consumables … etc., whether through warehouses or purchases within the university.

4. Accounting Unit:

This unit prepares accounting entries, adjustments and various accounts of the Institute.

5. Security Unit:

Communicate with the Security and Safety Department in all aspects of security and safety at the Institute.​
