1.   Scholarships and Registration Unit:

Student services, including registration and apologies, entering schedules and interruptions, exceeding the ratio, answering inquiries from students and members of the educational body. As well as printing, receiving, preparing reports and statistics, and recording the names of scholarship students, who are expected to complete the scholarship.

2.   Examinations Unit:

Prepare the final examinations schedule.

3.   Academic Counseling Unit:

Help students achieve their educational objectives, and provide them with all accurate information about the institute's programs and regulations.

4.   Laboratories Unit:

Follow up on laboratories and their needs including moving, installation, repair or any other needs.

 ​

5.   Education Technology Unit:

The link between the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education and the academic departments and the station from which the Deanship starts in implementing its development plans.

6.   Development and Training Unit:

Study the training needs of the staff in the institute, and propose and develop plans and programs necessary to provide training opportunities.

7.   Institute’s Library:

General supervision of the Library services for researchers.
