​​​1. Registration and Grants Unit:

Student services including during the academic year of registration, withdrawal, schedules entering, absent cases, responding to inquiries of students and faculty members, printing and receiving and preparing reports and statistics, along with counting scholarship students which are expected to terminate the grant.

2. Exams Unit:

Preparing the finals schedules.

3. Academic counseling Unit

Helping the student in achieving her educational goals and providing her with all the accurate information about the programs and regulations of the institute.

4. Laboratory unit:

Following up the labs and the needs of relocating, installation, repairing or any other needs to write up.

5. Education Technology Unit:

The link between the Deanship of e-learning and distance education and the academic departments and the station from which the Deanship starts to implement its development plans.

6. Development and Training Unit:

Studying employees training needs at the Institute and proposing and preparing the necessary plans and programs to provide training opportunities.

7.Institute Library:

General supervision of the library services for researchers.​
