• Communicating with the Vision Realization Office, and implementing their requirements.
• Studying initiatives received from the university's departments and aligning them with the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 and the university's strategic plan, in addition to setting priorities for their implementation.
• Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of the university's initiatives.
• Applying the methodologies of the Vision Realization Office to all initiatives related to the programs of the Saudi Vision 2030.
• Launching development initiatives, supervising their implementation, evaluating them, setting priorities, and aligning them with the strategic goals of the university.
• Providing initiative teams with the required forms and documents.
• Providing continuous support and assistance for the execution of the university’s initiatives.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the progress of initiatives.
• Determining training needs and organizing specialized training workshops for the university’s employees, in cooperation with the relevant entities.
