Overview

The Institutional Excellence Department was established by the resolution of Her Excellency the President of the University No. 4308, dated 03/09/1441 AH.

Objective

 Implementing scientific methodologies and models to achieve institutional excellence.

Responsibilities:

·         Managing and controlling documentation of all policies, procedures and forms of the various university departments.

·         Managing, revising and auditing the process of developing policies and procedures applied in the university's organizational units.

·         Providing support for these processes.

·         Carrying out activities to develop and update organizational structures.

·         Developing and updating the organizational structure (main activities and operations) according to the university's needs.

·         Optimizing the performance of organizational units based on concepts and standards of institutional excellence.

·         Promoting a culture of excellence and providing support to target groups in order to attain institutional excellence and to highlight their accomplishments.

·         Supervising the university's participation in institutional excellence awards.

·         Following up on the university's equipment, devices and tools, conducting studies to rationalize their use, and suggesting recommendations.
