The Strategic Planning Department is dedicated to providing logistical support to all administrative and academic departments of the university in order to enhance the strategic planning processes, in accordance with the following: 

- Providing regular consultation and responding to all inquiries regarding processes including but not limited to the formulation, implementation, evaluation and development of strategic objectives and their successful execution.

- Providing recommendations and solutions when low performance indicators are observed.

- Supporting all departments with logical and specific criteria in alignment with key performance targets and indicators. 

- Implementing workshops and training courses in order to best support those in charge of preparing the university's strategic and operational plans.

- Continuously promoting the university's desired orientations, strategic objectives, and priority milestones.

- Providing all departments with models, manuals, and ongoing support to guide them in formulating and implementing the university's strategic plan initiatives.

- Reviewing and facilitating a synergistic relationship between the administrative and academic departments in line with the university's strategic plan.
