Roles and Responsibilities

​ 

    1. 1-Preparation and revision of collaborative memoranda between collaborators and the university.
    2. 2-Receiving, investigating, and examining requests for teaching collaboration by colleges.
    3. 3-Applications for teaching collaboration are submitted to the Committee of Collaboration for selecting outstanding and distinguished competencies.
    4. 4-Reception of college applications for university faculty members to teach courses at other universities.
    5. 5-Applications are submitted to the Committee of Collaboration for selecting distinguished Competencies.
    6. 6-Submitting the minutes of the Committee to the President of the University for approval.
    7. 7-Communicate to colleges whether or not their request for teaching collaborator is approved.
    8. 8-Cooperation agreements signed by collaborators.
    9. 9-Audit the completion forms for disbursing the benefits of collaborators for the core modules and the extra teaching units and submit them to the Human Resources Department to complete the disbursement procedures.
    10. 10-Issuing certificates to the collaborators indicating the period of cooperation with them.
    11. 11-Set up statistics and reports for collaborators.
