About the Program:
Stemming from the vision of The Deanship of e-learning and Distance Education, which is aimed at achieving leadership and excellence for women in e-learning and distance education, we are pleased to launch the E-Learning Leaders Program. This Program was established to strengthen academic competencies, increase institutional capacity of colleges to train peers and create outstanding e-learning success stories.
The Program’s Objectives:
This program is a national leadership program aimed at developing the e-learning skills and knowledge of faculty members which helps them achieve the following:

Using e-learning management system to improve teaching and learning | This workshop provides participants with practical guidance to cover many courses in terms of design, evaluation and communication tools that are available in the University's learning management system. The various activities and discussion rooms provide a comprehensive understanding of how to manage teaching tasks effectively and create an effective learning environment for students. After completing this workshop, the trainee will be able to learn the following skills: - Design and management of assignments.
- Design and management of exams and questionnaires.
- Proficient use of the grading center.
- Monitor students' performance within the course.

Virtual Classrooms | In this workshop, the participants acquire the basic tools that enable them to succeed in delivering live and interactive virtual lectures. | On-line 4 Days 2 hours daily |
Design Standard Courses | When mastering virtual lecture skills, participants will qualify for advanced training in building curriculum and design using quality standards for the model curriculum (QM). Building the base and developing the future condition | This workshop is the first of the strategic planning workshops for e-learning at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and aims to build a conceptual framework for e-learning at the University. It analyses the overall context of learning within and outside the University, implements a set of basic questions, and documents the future status of e-learning at the University. | On-site 1 Days 6 hours |
