Educational Process Unit

Roles:

  1. 1. Prepare educational affairs decisions made by the University Council and direct them to the competent bodies.
  2. 2. Investigate and review the minutes of the colleges and submit the relevant notes.
  3. 3. Ensure the colleges' readiness before the beginning of each semester.
  4. 4. Ensure the regularity of the educational process through field checks (in the first two weeks of the semester – mid-semester).
  5. 5. Circulate tests controls to colleges and follow up its implementation.
  6. 6. Follow up the progress of tests in colleges through field trips to the colleges.
  7. 7. Develop reports on the quarterly achievements of the Unit.
  8. 8. Develop business models.
