​​​​Roles:

  1. 1. Assess and evaluate partnerships and develop the improvement proposals and plans.
  2. 2. Study academic partnerships submitted by colleges or referred from other bodies inside or outside the University.
  3. 3. Propose academic partnerships with outside bodies.
  4. 4. Develop memoranda of agreements and partnerships contracts for presentation to the Secretariat of the University Council.
  5. 5. Investigate the academic activities provided by colleges, and study the visions of colleges about some conferences and make recommendations to the Rector of the university.
  6. 6. Activate and follow up the implementation of partnerships.
  7. 7. Organize and coordinate the periodic meeting of deans of colleges and follow up its recommendations.
  8. 8. Archive and classify paper transactions, and communicate via email.
  9. 9. Develop business models.
  10. 10. Prepare periodic progress reports.
