The Research Chairs Secretariat was established in 8/22/1436 AH based on the list of research chairs at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, which was approved by the University Council in its fifth session in 1429-1430 AH held on 04/25/1430 AH. The Research Chairs Secretariat seeks to achieve the university's vision of enriching scientific research within research and knowledge orientations to enhance the research role and achieve strategic partnership with the community to raise the university's position locally, regionally and internationally. The secretariat also aims to provide administrative, research and advisory services for research chairs at a high level of quality and proficiency. Furthermore, the secretariat  provides the elements of research creativity and activates cooperation and partnership with business organizations and community institutions.
