Functional Performance Unit

The Job Performance Unit is concerned with the management and development of the job performance evaluation system in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Civil Service and the regulations of the affairs of Saudi and non- Saudi employees including faculty members and the like in order for the evaluation to be objective, fair and useful tool for both managers and employees. It also aims at taking the performance evaluation process from mere evaluation to the improvement and development of work and employees' performance so that the evaluation data is registered into an electronic system with a high degree of information security. This unit also considers the grievances regarding the results of the performance evaluation and raises the low performance cases to the training and development unit to take the necessary actions regarding their guidance and performance development.    ​​
