Biomedical Instrumentations 1 Lab
The main objective of this lab is to conduct various experiments to consolidate knowledge and skills for studying the biomedical instrumentations 1 course. The laboratory is equipped with several different devices covering the following topics: Biomedical design including different types of biosensors and associated electronics. Also design of signal conditioning electronics. Besides evaluation of biomedical instruments using MATLAB/LabVIEW/Multisim.
Biomedical Instrumentations 2 Lab
The main objective of this lab is to conduct various experiments to consolidate the knowledge and skills of studying Biomedical instrumentations 2 course. The laboratory is equipped with several different devices that include the following topics: installation, operation, clinical needs, associated abnormal physiology, biocompatibility and mathematical modeling of various biomedical equipment including; ECG, defibrillators, external defibrillators, cardiac devices, heart valves, ventilators, pulse oximetry. Also, the lab covers the study of the main features of the equipment from engineering standards.
