The College of Education was the foundation stone of Princess Nourah Bint Abdul Rahman University and it is the main institute for female teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The College of Education in Riyadh was established in 1390 AH / 1970 CE as the first educational college for girls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since then, the College of Education has played a fundamental role in the educational field. It has expanded to include eight specialized departments and employs a group of distinguished faculty members. In the light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ambitious vision, the College of Education seeks to prepare female teachers to participate in the achievement of pillars of the Saudi vision: a vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation.
