Strategic planning helps to guide the goals of the institution, create an appropriate environment to achieve them with high efficiency, monitor opportunities, focus efforts, and generate creativity.

A five-year strategic plan has been built based on the university trends and compatible with the new university system in pursuit of academic leadership and scientific excellence to enable the delivery of highly competitive outputs.​
