The Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods is the largest of department in the College of Education as the department employs a large number of faculty members, including professor, associate professor, assistant professor, lecturer and instructor who work in teaching and scientific research in the field of curricula and teaching methods.

The department aims to prepare female teachers specializing in curricula and teaching methods who are able to make effective decisions and face educational challenges at the local and global levels to play an effective role in building their society as the Department offers field-balanced educational programs for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.​
