​​​​This program is the first in terms of specialization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the Gulf countries. It was launched in the light of a cooperation agreement concluded by Princess Nourah bint Abdul Rahman University with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority to meet the needs of the labor market in the field of zakat and tax, especially after the direction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to diversify Sources of income and the expansion of the imposition of value-added tax.​​
