Roles of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department

  1. 1. Follow up the implementation of the decisions and recommendations issued by the Vice-Rectorate concerning administrative and financial affairs.
  2. 2. Prepare manuals and regulations related to the administrative and financial affairs of the Vice-Rectorate.
  3. 3. Develop and qualify the administrative staff by raising the training needs to the competent bodies.
  4. 4. Direct and mentor new employees of the Vice-Rectorate.
  5. 5. General supervision of the administrative and financial affairs of the Vice-Rectorate.
  6. 6. Oversee the administrative units affiliated to it and follow up their implementation.
  7. 7. Prepare periodic and annual reports on the work and activities of the Department and its affiliated units and submit them to the Vice-Rector.
