  1. 1. Develop the five-year and annual plan for the Vice-Rectorate of Educational Affairs.
  2. 2. Manage the educational process at the university and work to provide its requirements.
  3. 3. Upgrade teaching and learning strategies to enhance targeted learning outcomes.
  4. 4. Coordinate among the colleges of the university in all matters related to curricula and teaching plans.
  5. 5. Secure the needs of colleges of laboratories and equipment.
  6. 6. Develop educational programs according to quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
  7. 7. Develop educational systems and regulations and follow up their implementation.
  8. 8. Implement the university's policies in admission and registration and follow up the application of the approved standards in this regard.
  9. 9. Coordinate with the university Vice-Rectorates in order to achieve the development of educational process.
  10. 10. Promote institutional partnerships in a manner that serves the educational process.
  11. 11. Establish knowledge exchange programs that contribute to the application of best academic practices and exchange of experiences.
  12. 12. Supervise the departments, deanships and centers of the Vice-Rectorate and follow up their performance.
  13. 13. Represent the University in local, regional and international conferences, seminars and committees relative to academic affairs.
  14. 14. ​Identify the needs of the Vice-Rectorate of manpower, equipment and materials and follow up their provision.
