Main achievements of the University Vice Rectorate for Development and Quality:

1. Updating the five-year strategic plan of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University 2021-2025, in accordance with the directives of the university and the new Saudi university system. 

2.  Utilizing the Decision Support System to solve problems and make decisions, by providing data review panels for specific university departments.

3. Improving the University rank to 39th for 2021 in the QS University Ranking - Arab Region. This improved the university's position by more than 20 places from the previous year. 

4. Joined the QS World Ranking for the first time with an initial ranking of 800-1000. 

5.  Ranked 3rd locally, 35th regionally, and 472nd globally in the “THE-Impact Ranking" 2020 in its second edition". This was out of more than 4,100 universities from 85 different countries. 

6. Holding fourteen workshops for members of the Permanent Committee on Achieving the Requirements of Global Classification. This committee aims to collect, document and formulate evidence and raise overall efficiency. This is in addition to ensuring that the university fully achieves its goals of global rankings to improve its reputation locally, regionally and internationally.

7. Adopting quality standards of training.

8. Implementing a productive personality program for heads of all departments and launching a project to strengthen cooperative fellowship in the academic environment of the university to enhance human capital and empower new leaders.

9. Updating the university's electronic content and giving authority to all departments to manage and edit their own sites.

10. Publishing a comprehensive university manual containing a description of organizational goals and tasks (1441/2020).​
