The Initiative Department is the official reference point for all matters related to initiatives submitted to the Vision Realization Office at the Ministry of Education. It is primarily concerned with guiding the university’s departments regarding the Vision Realization Office’s initiative while facilitating the implementation of the required performance indicators. The department also studies, launches and implements development initiatives at the university and provides the necessary training and support for their effective management.​
