Vice-Rectorate of Quality and Development
The Quality Department is concerned with overseeing all work related to improving the quality of business performance in the Deanship and its services. It is also a link between the Deanship's Vice-Rectorate of Quality and Development and the Deanship of Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation at the university. While the coordinator of the Institutional Qualification Committee is affiliated to this department. 

Departments of Vice-Rectorate:
-Department of Quality Assurance, Accreditation and Statistics.
-Department of Training and Development.
-Department of Electronic Transaction.

Functions of Vice-Rectorate:
-Achieve the requirements of quality standards.
-Develop work procedures for libraries affairs.
-Create performance indicators for evaluation.
-Create a database for all that relates to the Deanship of Libraries Affairs.
-Prepare periodic reports on the Vice-Rectorate activities, achievements, and proposals for its development and submit them to the Dean.
-Determine the training needs of the Vice-Rectorate's employees and coordinate with the Deanship of Academic Development to nominate them for appropriate programs to meet that need.
-Identify the Vice-Rectorate needs for work force, equipment, materials, and tools and follow up on their provision.
-Perform any other duties assigned to it in its field of competence.
-Establish the concept of quality and its applications among specialists and library staff through workshops and symposiums.
