​​​​1.  Prepare a perfect environment in e-learning in the university with all its systems, solutions, tools, technology and the administration as well as to meet the users' needs.

2.  Equip the university with using electronic learning through setting standards and establishing the e-curriculums, as well as provide support, training and other activities efficiency and effectively.

3. Supervise the initiatives and programs which promote the optimal use of technology in education, contribute in empowering women and the community and enhance research and innovations in e-learning. ​
