Dean of Academic Development

Supervise the preparation of the five-year and annual plans of the Academic Development Deanship and pursuing their implementation after approval.
Supervise the quality assurance of training courses/programs based on University-approved training quality standards.
Supervise the training hosted internally and externally for all University sectors.
Supervise the programs of excellence in teaching and learning that aim to develop the educational and research performance of faculty members.
Approve the selection methodology for institutions and entities as partners in achieving the University’s vision regarding developing the performance and skills of faculty members.
Approve policies and procedures that ensure the sustainability of skills development, reviewing, and continuous evaluation.
Supervise the preparation of the budget related to the internal and external training activity at the University.
Supervise the training courses/programs that aim to develop the skills of women leaders and training them according to the highest standards.

Dean’s Office
Supervise the administrative units associated with the office and coordination in order to ensure the well-functioning and efficient achievement of the Deanship objectives.
Receive all incoming correspondence and communications to the Dean of Academic Development, present them to the Dean, and implement their directions thereon.
Receive all the confidential transactions, submit them to the Dean, export them according to their directives, and conserve them according with the rules followed by the University.
Prepare correspondence and outgoing communications in accordance with the directives of the Dean of Academic Development and following up on its procedures.
Prepare correspondence and invitations to the meetings that the Dean of Academic Development wishes to hold and make all the necessary arrangements for them, and follow them up.
Organize the office correspondence and papers, and conserve them in a way that facilitates retrieval and benefits from them.
Follow up on all the transactions that the Dean directs and prepare the necessary reports accordingly.
