The Deanship of Academic Development at the College of Dentistry organized a discussion session entitled "Outside the box", which was presented by trainer Dr. Fadia Al-Khadra, to university leaders, to promote an environment of collaborative fellowship and conflict resolution.
The session opened with a motivational speech by the Dean of the College, Dr. Sarah Al-Muqairen talked through her about the importance and objectives of the dialogue session and the need to transfer training to all employees of the Faculty of Dentistry from the educational and administrative staff.
