1.   Administrative Quality Assurance Unit:

This Unit aims to ensure the provision of quality standards in the Institute's various programs and activities.

2.   Performance Measurement Unit:

This Unit is responsible for collecting data for key performance indicators, benchmarks, evaluation metrics and models, and other statistics from various sources. The results of the evidence obtained, trends and time series related to the data (i.e. patterns of evidence) which is collected and will be widely distributed.
