1) Follow-up and review the results of the applicants for vacancies of teaching assistant, lecturer and language teacher, promotion of the teacher to lecturer, change of specialization after receipt of colleges and accreditation from the department and college, and prepared to be presented to the Standing Committee for The Affairs of Teaching Assistants, Lecturers and Language Teachers.

2) Submit a semi-annual report on the work of the unit.

3) Provide colleges periodically with new decisions and forms.​
