Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervising administratively and technically the financial and technical units according to the organizational structure, and between the units to ensure task performance coordinate, these units are:
- Administrative and Financial Unit.
- Personnel Affairs Unit.
- Communications and follow-up Unit.
- Custody and Purchasing Unit.
- Public Relations and Media Unit.
- Implementing all administrative and financial regulations to ensure that they are implemented efficiently and effectively.
- Supervising technically on the administrative and financial units, and directing these units to enable them to perform tasks according to the system.
- Facilitating the administrative and financial procedures at Health colleges and Foundation Year in coordination with the respected authorities at Princess Nora University.
- Supervising and participating in the preparation of the Vice Rectorate of Health Affairs budget in coordination with the budget Department.
- Providing the necessary information on the administrative and financial affairs and coordinating the submission of information on the subsidiary units.
- Coordinating with the respected authorities at the university to submit the necessary proposals for the development of performance level of administrative staff in all units.
- Preparing periodic and annual reports on the units and submitting them to the Vice Rectorate for health affairs.Administrative and
