About Vice Rectorate
Tasks

  1. 1.Preparing five-year and annual plans of the vice-rectorate and following up on their implementation after their approval.
  2. 2.Supervising the preparation of plans and programs of the administrative units related to the vice-rectorate and following up on their implementation after their approval.
  3. 3.Monitoring the application of the rules and regulations in the field of administrative and financial affairs at the university.
  4. 4.Supervising the administrative units related to the vice-rectorate.
  5. 5.Coordinating between the administrative units to achieve integration and to make the maximum use of the possibilities available.
  6. 6.Coordinating with the university vice-rectorates in all issues related to administrative and financial services.
  7. 7.Participating in committees related to the vice-rectorate's activities.
  8. 8.Identifying the needs in terms of labor force, equipment, and materials as well as following up on their provision.
  9. 9.Determining the training needs of the vice-rectorate staff and coordinating with the Deanship of Improvement and Skills Development for programs nomination that fulfill those needs.
  10. 10.Preparing periodic reports on the vice-rectorate's activities, achievements and proposals for development, then, submitting them to the university president.
  11. 11.Performing any other tasks assigned to it in its sphere of specialization.
