Brief About Department


          Main Tasks

  1. 1.Managing all security operations at the university, preventing accidents and dealing with them in case they occur.
  2. 2.Directing the initial reporting of problems and accidents that occur at the university in case they are reported from university officials or discovered by the security department. Then, coordinating with the bodies in charge if necessary.
  3. 3.Organizing and monitoring the university entrances, exits and its other units through foot patrols and security systems as well as checking people's identities if necessary.
  4. 4.Issuing entry permits to the university, its facilities, and units whether for individuals or vehicles.
  5. 5.Supervising traffic, organizing parking lots and determining traffic violations while considering the applicable rules that regulate this.
  6. 6.Monitoring the staff of the operating companies and institutions as well as the university's visitors within the limits of specializations.
  7. 7.Preparing shifts of guards at the university during working days, holidays, and vacations.
  8. 8.Participating in organizing occasions and events at the university in cooperation with all relevant departments.
