-Prepare the skills development and continuing education program, supervise the preparation of its courses and follow up with faculty members.
-Activate partnerships with the public and private sectors and enhance cooperation to achieve the college's goals.
-Invest in partnerships to serve the college's plan and to enhance opportunities for specialized community partnership for students and affiliates.
-Create training opportunities for students through communication with external parties, benefit from partnerships, and providing job opportunities.
