To have qualified female pioneers able to take the lead in Business Adminstration locally and globally.

 

Mission:

To qualify women leaders who are distinguished in terms of knowledge, skills, research, and social responsibility to develop business practices, serve the community, and promote sustainable development locally and globally.

 Objectives:

To be a Leading Business College in:

  • Providing prominent Academic programs that qualify female graduates with Key knowledge, skills and values required to keep up with the requirements of labor market and society.
  • Promoting Research and Innovative Environment, as well as attracting distinguished academic and research competencies.

Goals:

Education & Learning:

  • To qualify female undergraduates to be great competitors in Business & Administration fields.
  • To improve the problem-solving and decision-making skills of female graduates; to keep up with the requirements of labor market.
  • To ensure leadership, team building, communication, and negotiation skills; to enhance the skills required in labor market, and to bridge the gap between theatrical and practical practices.
