1.Provide an inspiring environment for creativity by supervising the implementation of educational programs and focusing on the students' scientific, practical, research, and professional skills; to enhance their opportunities in the health labor market.

2.Apply the best standards of medical education in teaching, evaluation, assessment to improve the educational outcomes.

3. Improve the educational programs continuously according to the quality standards and requirements of the academic accreditation.

4. Develop the skills of the faculty members to apply the latest update and best educational  methods in Medical Education.

5.  Build global and local partnerships to improve the educational programs.

General Responsibilities:

1.Ensure the alignment of the College's plans and academic programs with the University's objectives.

2. Apply the rules and regulations of teaching and assessment policies on all academic years.

3.Prepare and supervise students' schedules and issue progress reports about the educational process.

4.Provide the best equipment in teaching classes, labs and simulation.

5.Supervise the units and the committees working under the Vice Deanship of Academic Affairs, which are:

• Registration and Schedules Office
• Assessment Office
• Academic Advising Office
• Faculty Development Office
