Responsibilities
  • 1. Developing work procedures, requirements and justifications for nomination and selection. 
  • 2. Establishing fair criteria for evaluating candidates.
  • 3. Motivating candidates to put forward visions and future plans for developing the work system.
  • 4. Discussing with the candidates their most important achievements in addition to their suggestions to improve the level of services provided to students and community and to stimulate the scientific research movement.
  • 5. Training university employees on self and institutional evaluation methods of the administrative leaders' performance.
  • 6. Determining the general characteristics of the ideal dean in order to introduce candidates to the expectations.
